I’m obsessed with my dark chocolate faux fur coat from Naked Wardrobe! The quality is amazing, it’s so soft, plush and feels super luxe. The fit is flattering although oversized so if youre between 2 sizes def size down. It’s warm without feeling heavy, and elevates even the simplest outfit. Definitely a staple piece for fall and winter!

I was a bit nervous about ordering the large bc I am a little busty but it worked out perfectly. The color is EXACTLY as it is in the picture. It is very soft and high quality faux fur. Love it! Love it!

Shipping took way longer than I expected but I love the coat it’s a beautiful color and very fluff. However, I wish I didn’t size down like suggested on the site and went with my original size. It’s made to look like an oversized coat but to me it’s actually true to size and now I’m stuck with a coat that doesn’t fit because sales are final.

It’s too bulky at top. Makes me look like a mushroom.

I love the coat but I got it too big. I really wish I would’ve sized down. And because they don’t exchange for different sizes I’m stuck with it. But the fur is definitely beautiful.

Didn’t fit. Cannot return it. No use of this I emailed the company multiple times and didn’t get an answer. It’s been 3 weeks and still nothing and I have t even received a couple items I purchased in my order.

The fit was a little oversized for me. The quality very nice!! I received the coat on 1/3/26. I attempted to return the coat on 1/6/26 but the online portal is telling me this item can't be returned. When I purchased this item there was no indication that this item was a "final sale". I have purchased from NW for years and know if the item was a "final sale" it would have been listed at check out, which it was not! . I sent an email to returns@nakedwardrobe.com over a week ago and haven't received an email back as of today in regards to returning this item! The rating is more towards the customer service instead of the product. I would give the jacket itself 3 stars!

Beautiful color , coat is a bit oversized for a Medium, and the fur feels good but too much , like too plush & it also sheds a lot.Good for the aesthetics though.

Very oversized. Broad shoulders like a football player. I do think the color is beautiful but it is not my definition of an everyday mink.

Size didn’t fit. Tried to return/exchange but said couldn’t. Sent email over 5 business days and haven’t got any response.

It’s very bulky in size and the customer service is horrible I tried to return the first day I received it. No response at all. It automatically states that it’s non refundable. Very inconsiderate. That was not stated on the web site

The jacket, even as an XS, is extremely wide and large. Too large for an oversized look. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to return it and have not received a response back after several emails.

Jacket was way better than I expected. Only wish was that the arm length was a little bit longer.

It’s a beautiful coat and color. I purchased an XS which was perfect since I am usually a /s/. The top opening is a little two wide so it needs an additional hook to close it up a bit but otherwise it’s a fabulous coat.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my sister. And it looked very very puffy. Trying to return it. Within the 14 days but I can not get anyone at the customer service number and no respond to my emails so far. Very unhappy with there return process.

The small in this coat is too big, I requested to exchange for a size smaller and I was not assisted after three emails my problem went unresolved.

Runs big. Size down

This is the best fauc fur coat i have ever owned! The fabric is so soft and luxe. The fit is oversized for layering and the length hits perfectly at the upper hip area. My only call out is that there needed to be a hook and eye closure closer to the end of the collar at the center front but over than that FABULOUS Coat!

Does not fit correctly and very large shoulders not worth 290

Hello, I just want to say I love NW clothes, and I love this amazing coat; the feel of the fur is luxurious. But, unfortunately the quality of the hooks to close the coat is terrible. I normally wear a small in NW and I got the coat in a medium, so imagine my surprise when I wear the coat out for the first time and the hooks come clean off within a couple hours of me wearing the coat. So now I have to go to the dry cleaners to get them reattached and secured.

Loooooove it! I eore it to a concert in 20 defree weather. Very warm and stylish.

The coat fits entirely too big I ordered an extra small and had to send it back. The far has a nice feel but the coat is huge. I wanted it to work so bad.

Okay I’m going to still give it a 5 star because the quality is amazing. But it’s HUGE, like I look ridiculous, and that’s coming from someone who loves furr coats. It looks like the huge aritiza jackets on the store window.

I love the coat!!! It’s very warm and oversized so I got a medium. I’m 5’4” and 173lbs for reference. My only complaint is the shedding.

I love the faux fur jacket.. Excellent quality..But I have an issue with your customer service.. I requested a price match when the jacket went on sale a few days after I paid full price and was denied my request..That is very poor customer service after having been shopping on your web site for many years ...Also it took 5 days to answer my email request for the price match and when I tried calling I got no answer or a busy signal...Very disappointed with the way the company is being run.. :(((((

The fit of the jacket gives NFL LINE BACKER. I returned it and patiently awaiting my refund. This jacket isn't it. I don't know how it made it lol

I had to return it it was nice and felt good however it was too big. I weight 185 and I got a Large however I need a medium for sure. The large was too oversized I got lost in the coat.
