Iām really disappointed with my experience with Naked Wardrobe. I purchased a coat and the faux fur is shedding badly and coming off in clumps after very little use. For the price, I expected much better quality.
I reached out to customer service by email hoping they would at least offer store credit since Iāve liked and purchased their items before, but the experience was frustrating and unresolved.
The coat looks nice online, but the quality did not hold up at all. Unfortunately, I canāt recommend this item or the customer service experience.

Cute coat, but the xs doesnt even close all the way so i have to wear it open. It also sheds like crazy, this coat had no business being $300. I got it half off but it was barely worth thay cause of the shedding. Pretty color though

I originally ordered this coat in a medium. While I liked the length, it ran a bit too big overall. I exchanged it for a small, which fits better through the body, but itās noticeably shorter in length. I honestly thought it was a different coat, the packaging was different than the medium. The sizing difference between medium and small feels pretty drastic. Also worth noting: the coat does shed. Overall, itās a nice coat, but sizing and shedding are definitely things to consider before purchasing.

This coat is super super cute and warm. I receive compliments every time i wear it. The other reviews are right, it does shed. Its not significant but a few hairs will come off on whatever youāre wearing. You can size down its very roomy.

I Love the coat, it's a fabulous look at a reasonable price. I must say, it do shed a lot and the top is cut very low. I will purchase a pin or get an extra hook on there. I was told by my daughter that the shedding will stop eventually. I was leaving a trail everywhere

Overall the coat looks beautiful. Iām 5ā8 and itās super long. Love the look of it. The one thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the shedding. I just donāt think itās worth the money for the quality of the piece. This is the first garment Iām not fully thrilled with. Since finding Naked Wardrobe I have become a true fan. I love the quality of the material and the color is so rich. I purchased a size XL and the coat runs true to size. Iāve only worn her once but received so many compliments when wearing.

The customer service is trash. I got this coat and it started to shed as soon as I took it out of the packaging. Iāve been trying to get in touch with CS to return/exchange it since the website wonāt let me and no one has answered any of my emails or that fake number on the site. They have a 14 day return policy but they make sure not to respond to you in that window so you get stuck with the item. I will never purchase from here again because itās a scam Iām so disappointed. Now Iām stocked with an overpriced, poorly made shedding coat.

Unfortunately I purchased this jacket final sale. The jacket although a gorgeous color, not of the Naked Wardrobe quality I am familiar with. The jacket sheds! I mean sheds everywhere and always , jacket may be hairless in 3 days time. Iām finding hair in my home, car, and office. In n some places itās frilly in others itās either bald or matted, sleeves are incredibly too short, overall terrible made and quality.

DO NOT PURCHASE! It seems that Naked Waredrobe to the low road with the execution of this coat. Once I took it out of the packaging some of the fur immediately fell to the floor and continued to shed after I tried it on. I emailed customer service on January 2nd about my concern & returning the coat and have yet to receive a response. Iāve purchased from this company before but it has always been in store (Nordstrom) & this was my 1st purchase from the website. With the POOR customer service and quality of the coat, this company just lost a customer.

This coat is very beautiful I gave it 4 stars because when you get it, it shedded awful! You have to take your time to comb through it with your fingers. Do not attempt to try to wear it without doing this because you will be embarrassed. Now I love it. I got several compliments.

They also don't answer their customer service line, won't process refund on site and when contacted by emails, refers you to the return site that doesn't accept info for legitimate returns. This is tge worst product I've purchased from NW. It is thin no warmth and sheds like a plucked chicken. The faux shearling materials sheds and transfers to clothing. It is embarrassing and will ruin your house, vehicle, and outfit. I have contacted customer service and waiting on a resolution.
